Home Interiors undertakes design projects for all types of residential properties. In addition to designing kitchens, living rooms, bedrooms and bathrooms, our interior design team offers schematic re-design for the development of new spaces, such as extensions and conservatories, room layouts and spatial planning.
The goal of each interior design project is different. It might include creating flexible space, increasing the overall living area, providing hidden/additional storage, utilizing natural light, or adding functional space like an office or area for relaxation.
Whatever the design objectives, we have the experience and skills to develop comfortable, elegant interiors that reflect both the life and style of the client, whether it is a traditional, classic or contemporary design solution.
If you are unsure about your requirements or need only minimal design input, a one-off consultation is an ideal option. This suits people who need general advice on areas such as layouts, kitchen design, colour schemes or furniture and fittings. To gain maximum benefit from this service, the client should ideally focus on one room or one part of the house.
“I had never previously used an interior designer, but engaging Home Interiors to design the interiors for my new home has proven an excellent decision. I have been very impressed by the quality and professionalism of all the work carried out by Elaine and her team.” — Joan McCarthy (Dublin)
One of our design consultants will call out to your home and discuss whatever issues you may have. They will assess the space and explore various options using your feedback to understand your practical needs and personal style preferences.
In addition, within 3 days of the consultation, you will receive a written report with full details of the consultant’s design recommendations. This service costs €250 + VAT.
Our Design for Living package starts with a detailed consultation to assess your practical and style requirements. Your Home Interiors consultant will then take all the information, research furniture, fittings, colours and fabric options, and present you with a bespoke design concept. Each room will be visually represented on a customized sample board that will include Computer Aided Design (CAD) drawings, design and finishes and also full costings and supplier details.
You may choose to implement the design concept at this stage yourself. Home Interiors provides you with a detailed listing of all the design elements, drawings and suppliers to complete the design should you wish to do so.
Alternatively, if you would like our experienced project management team to complete the fit-out phase of the project for you, you can purchase our managed interior design package (see below)
A follow-up visit will be arranged within 7-10 days to present and discuss the overall design concept – this will include spatial layout drawings and full costings.
This package offers you the most complete design service. Elaine and her team will create a unique design concept with a full selection of colour schemes, furniture, fittings and finishes as required. Following approval of the design and budget, she will then coordinate the project design team and schedule a timetable that best suits you. You will have the added benefit of having our experienced team manage all aspects of the project from scheduling and coordinating purchase orders to supervising the work. Home Interiors ensures the smooth and efficient running of the project and that it is completed on time and within budget. In short everything is done to create the perfect living space for the discerning client.
